Spikey is an African Spotted Eagle Owl. Spikey was rejected by his parents when he was only a few days old. As he was the last hatched, he stopped eating and wasn't coping very well. World Of Owls was made aware of the situation and took him under their wing. He is now the amazing creature you see before you.
